Installation requirements depend on the selected model and system layout. Confirm the electrical supply, heat rejection arrangement, pipework, drainage and service access with the installer before shipment.

Which connections are required?
Request a model-specific installation drawing. Distinguish water piping from refrigerant piping: a water-cooled system does not automatically eliminate refrigerant connections. The installer should select pipe materials and connection methods from the equipment requirements.

What needs routine maintenance?
Use the manufacturer’s service schedule for filters, heat exchangers, pumps, electrical checks and drainage. Where a cooling tower is part of the system, plan water-quality monitoring and management of scale, corrosion and biological growth.

What should be agreed before export?
For a Southeast Asian project, agree on the local installer, commissioning procedure, spare-parts list, documentation language and warranty terms in the quotation. Confirm who supplies each connection and accessory. Do not assume an overseas on-site service package is included.
